I've mentioned these before I think, but I'm a huge fan of dbedit:

With a JDBC driver you can interact with any database right from
within Eclipse. Invaluable for not having to switch back and forth
between Eclipse and your DB's management software just for simple
stuff like a column name.
I've also been using the Flex Builder plugin all week. It's a darn
nice plugin. ;-)
