Of course, I was being pedantic as a bit of a funny, but really HR shouldn't be writing requirements. they should just be reiterating requirements that are given to them by someone who knows what is actually required. It seems to me that companies always ask for the moon with hopes of getting something in between. It also makes me wonder, if they don't know *that* what else don't they know. ...but I was really just trying to be a little funny. ;-) Ken Ferguson wrote: You know what they mean man.
