i'm curious: what constitutes "large-scale"?  Is it measured by band-width
or hits?  or is it more about the number of servers that support the site
(you mentioned going "from 49 CF servers to 29 .NET servers")?

Or is it something else?  (Like, say, the ability of a large number of
collaborators to work in the environment.)  i've never worked with .NET so i
don't really have a frame of reference.
