in that case, modules would be beneficial if the app is huge.
Basically, Flex by default uses lazy loading which the components are
not created until they are shown for the first time. In that case,
what ever parts of the app your users are not using wont be in memory
anyway.

The over all size of these apps are small anyway.. Like I said, its
all in how you build it.

The documentation for Modules says that is can help with the "initial size"
of the shell application and they act similar to Runtime Shared Libraries.

There is also something that rings true in the docs, as it describes users
using only a subset of the application, which is my case is true. A single
user may user only a tiny percentage of the entire application or he may use
the entire thing.

Will keep reading.

Thanks

it depends on how you build it. I havent used modules yet, so having said
that, I would make each 'section' a component and use a viewstack to
show/hide each section based on user selection.
