You can't stop it, unless you know who is sending them out. With just about any email client I can send emails out with a reply to address of anyone I want. I commonly do this to make all my replies gt to a new email address I'm transitioning to or something like that. The mail server, if configured correctly should stop it, by only allowing email addresses with the reply to and account name to be the same, but some are not setup that way, making it difficult to stop this stuff. Usually the spammers have there own mail server anyway, so they would turn this off. It happens all the time. Just keep an eye out on the black list spam sites to unblacklist your domain if it gets black listed. In the headers of the emails you may be able to find the IP address of the sender, or sending server, then look up who owns that IP address via whois, or dnsstuff or something, then contact the owner of the IP Address (usually the ISP) and tell the what's going on. In my experience though, usually the ISP aren't too concerned about it, or they take to long to do anything about it and the spammer moves on.
