Sophek, actually you can stop a great deal of the spam but not 100%. You
need to publish a SPF record for your domain. This is a DNS record just like
a,mx,ns,etc... It tells mail servers what IP address(es) can send mail from
your domain. 

Most of the major email providers hotmail,aol,gmail,etc... are checking for
this record and more and more are starting too.
