I've been pleased with FCKEditor in the past -- high customizable so you can
strip it down to only the features you want to offer your users.

Plus, you get to run around the office saying 'fck!'

I want to find a text editor to use in a project that I am working on. My
target group will be people who are not tech savvy and some will be using
dial up connections. So Flash forms won't work for this instance because of
the time it takes to initialize that page. I want something that they can
change the text size, font, bold & allow bullets or something along those
lines. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks for any and all help.

Dawn
