Johnny,

Before you pony up $6,000, I would get something IN WRITING (e-mail should
be sufficient) from an Adobe salesperson guaranteeing that you can upgrade
to CF 8 for free. I wouldn't rely on any post anywhere (even on the adobe
website) because it might not be there when the time to upgrade comes, and
then "where's your proof?"

I would contact an Adobe salesperson directly, 888-649-2990, and again, get
them to send you an e-mail in writing. I can't imagine that they wouldn't
offer you a deal, but they probably won't advertise it for everyone.

Good luck and let us know what you find out!

Dave

I'm not one to post a lot of questions out there...but, I'm stumped on this
one.

Anyone know if I buy an Enterprise license today (version 7, obviously),
what migration options would I have when version 8 is released?

I've pinged Adobe on this issue, but, no response thusfar. Perhaps there is
someone out there with a reseller relationship with Adobe or 'in the know'
on this?

Thanks in advance for your response...
