Sorry Johnny!  We were trying to put the question into the framework
of questions we could possibly answer!  - Just kidding!

I would think you would have to get pretty granular for this.
Separate templates run and data changed.   Put in a logging include
template on all templates you want to log having run.  Then on all
template/CFCs that affect your intended data, write code to verify the
data was indeed CRUD'd.

Other than that you will have to do as Matt suggested and get JRun
wrapper for your JRun or CF Administrator - this may be where to spend
the time.
