so far the best book to learn from is Total Training from the source:
Adobe Flex 2 and then follow it up with either the wrox or Orielly
Flex 2 book.
I have also done some personal training on Flex 2 as well.
There is a conference in Aug www.360flex.com that would awesome for
you to attend.
