Okay, I know that Aptana comes with it's own built in web server, however I like using my coldfusion server especially when it comes to developing and viewing .cfm files. Now I'm used to working with Dreamweaver, which means that you have to put all your sites in C:\CFusionMX7\wwwroot if you want to set up your site to preview it on your local server. Now I believe Aptana uses port 8000 by default and Coldfusion Development Server uses port 8500. So how do I configure this CF server as my default for all files whether they be .html,.cfm,php, or .net?
I'm using Eurpoa. So far I know how to go to the Web Server dialogue and select use external web server, but from there I don't know what to put in the Base URL field except http://localhost:8500. Yet when I try to open up my files it gives me a 404. Help. Jimmy L.
