you have home_content declared twice in the html.

i changed the second one to home_content10
gave it the same definitions as home_content
well check out the css (http://www.john-amy.com/dfwcfug/home.css) and
you'll see i have a separate (or second) home_content10 where i
incresed the bottom padding.

also you might want to move the doctype at the first line.
