The answer depends largely on the platform you are using, but none of them
actually *require* Apache if you are OK with connecting to it via svn://
rather than http://.  What platform is your server?  I seem to remember that
you are in a Windows environment.  If so, this is the only link you need to
have SVN up and running for your Eclipse plugin of choice to connect to:
