Hi,

all my virtual labs of pfSense are on VMWare Server. It works fine except if
you want to test/deploy CARP, it returns some problems with the pfsync
interfaces.

If you want to test a VPN scenario or any other than CARP, I suggest that
you mount 2 vm's (pfSense box and a client, on the LAN side, to access
through VPN), and use your physical machine as the external host/client.
