There will be another book, though at this stage it's more likely to be a 2.1 book than a 2.0 book. There may be a smaller guide for 2.0 (much thinner, lower price point), if anything, but there hasn't been a large amount of work on the book yet. We've been far too busy trying to finish up 2.0 and handling support. There is much in the 1.2.3 book that is still relevant. There are lots of basic theory and operational tasks that are the same or close enough. That said, some things have been changed around quite a bit (Like IPsec, Certificate Management for OpenVPN, and Multi-WAN for example) and the theory and such is still sound, but the actual directions are a bit different.
