We recently had a user generating thousands of DHCP requests a minute.
This resulted in high CPU utilization and preventing other users from
obtaining DHCP . Once we removed the user in question everything
returned to normal.
Can DHCPd limit requests from a MAC address to only a couple a minute?
This is a public network, so i have no control over the computers.
