FWIW, I’ve been extremely happy with all services from EasyDNS since I started using them over 10 years ago. If you have DNS service through them, you automatically get Dynamic DNS functionality on your domains, but you have to explicitly enable it in the control panel. They do not offer a general dnydns service, you have to be an existing customer with an existing domain.
They also aren’t cheap, but so far their support and responsiveness has been well worth the extra cost. Of potential interest to non-US users is that they are not based in the US (they’re Canadian) and are thus slightly better able to resist US domestic court orders affecting extraterritorial domain name owners. Obviously this doesn’t help if you still use .com/.net/.org.
