Just wondering how others have handled this in the past.
I want to broadcast to about 40-50 devices (pc/tablet/phone for the most part) I want mine, the wife's and perhaps a few other family members to have full speed, and not blocking torrents, streaming etc. Now. for the other users I just want to give them a fairly basic connection. I only have a TOTAL of 3Mb down 1Mb up to share so its not a lot to start with, and I want the hogs to be slow down if other users are on. if they want to download overnight that is fine.
