That error has nothing to do with the PERC controller. That's the CD-ROM drive having trouble reading the pfSense disc. Re-burn the CD. Oh, and don't expect the iDRAC remote CD function to work very well; it never does. If the server has no optical drive, write the memstick image to a USB memory stick instead.
