Hi Mathieu,
I did several tests, not even believing it downloaded a snapshot of today 
November 20 and had the same problem, did not record the image in full speed.
I did test installation directly on the server and also by IDRAC also had the 
same problem, some believe it is even incopatibilidade.
I read in many forums that bsd is not compatible with most Dell servers, in 
incluve own mailing list linux DELL was informed about it.
I think I'll leave for another solution, like a lot of pfsense, but in this 
case it will not be possible to have this excellent software
