Of course, absolutely no way anything like this would ever make it in the base system. Personally, I'd never run or recommend running something like this on a firewall. But we don't put any restrictions on what people want to contribute as packages, because people's opinions of what they want on their firewall differs. There are some out there already I would never run on a firewall. I can potentially see why some might want to do so.
