So I tested this:
- Changing the OpenVPN transport from UDP to TCP
doesn't help.
- Changing the OpenVPN default port to something
else doesn't help either.
Admittedly, 1194/udp is bound to the WAN interface. The
phone wouldl be provisioned across the LAN<=>VPN interfaces.
Back to the drawing board.
