No NAT running on the Cisco (7200's and 3800's). The Cisco is purely providing clear routing to pfSense, on public addressing. NAT (and some routing) is performed by pfSense. I figured this may (or may not) be an issue since SIP registrations from X-Lite work through the same path. Mark.
