I am seeking help with pfSense and I'm hoping someone can act as my third
eye.

I am running 2.1-RC and all my attempts at getting Failover between the
Multi-WAN connections have failed. I am not not sure what I could be doing
wrong.

I have 2 WAN interfaces.
Each WAN is connected via cable. Static IPs.

At this point in time, I wanted to test both Failover and Load Balancing.
LB is not quite crucial now though.

I have WAN0 connected. WAN1 cable is off for starters.

With WAN0 connected and WAN1 off, I am able to transmit traffic.

I can see status of gateways saying WAN1 is offline. I even get e-mail
notifications to that effect.

When I connect WAN1 cable and unplug the cable for WAN0, then no traffic
goes out, even from pfSense itself. It cannot even check for updates to
it's version.

I have also put WAN1 on DHCP and changed the gateway IP accordingly.
However, when I unplug WAN0, no traffic goes out still, even from the
firewall itself.

If anyone can help me see what is amiss with my rules, found here:
