And you might want to include that both FEAT VPN and the one linked at (again, quote from Wiki)

This OpenVPN client apparently has a good track record.

work on 4.x, too, except for 4.4., though my tests took place on Google's Android Emulator (http://developer.android.com/tools/help/emulator.html), not a real Android phone.
