We've started to use skype more and more at my office for
conferencing. We have noticed a pattern with our calls, that after 29
minutes (sometimes a few seconds longer), the voice quality drops and
sounds robot-like.

Analyzing our calls, it appears that it only happens to calls between
the main office and other locations. The main office is behind pfSense
2.1.3.

I have upnp enabled, and pfctl -sn -a miniupnpd shows me that there
are the necessary port forwarding rules in place to the internal
desktops.

I'm having a bear of a time finding any other info on what could be
causing this, but I'm pretty sure now that it is related to the
pfSense at the office. Skype calls to other locations work great for
hours on end. I don't think it is Comcast (our office ISP) since other
people are using comcast with different routers and not experiencing
the problem.

Any ideas? The desktops do not have fixed IPs so setting alternate
state timeout rules doesn't seem possible.
