The Cisco SG series is decent for semi-managed switches. I have installed a
number of the SG-200 series for various clients.

They support QoS, VLANs, etc...

If you want Layer 3 capability,  though,  I am pretty sure you need to get
a 300 or better. I know the 200s don't support it.
