That's because the FreeRadius config file has a space for only a hostname,
not for a URI.

Glancing through the code, I don't see LDAPS (old LDAP SSL) support, only
LDAP-TLS support, which is implemented a little bit differently, but seems
to be the recommended way to do things if your LDAP server supports it.
