The file is a GZ file, which is a compressed format. This needs to be
extracted, and can be done by a number of tools, i.e. WinRAR or 7ZIP.

Once you have extracted/uncompressed the downloaded file, this ISO
file can be mounted in your hypervisor under the virtual CDROM unit.
