Look at "Prepare Installation Media" where you find links to even more details on how to write ISO images or writing disk images, depending on the media you are going to use. BTW, if you have a Unix (e. g. Linux) at your disposal, that's arguably the far easiest - no need to unpack and do complicated things (is it just me who thinks with Windows it's very complicated?).
