Hi Fabio,

I'm working on a fully decentralized social network that has security and
ease of use as main priorities. The third priority is supporting all
features of a social network so that this can become a realistic
alternative to centralized social networks. I don't have much to show right
now except a prototype that lets you send PGP messages directly to other
users and (for now) uses a central server for discovery. I'll be building
this out over the course of the next year or two as a side project while
I'm still finishing school, but I might take a term off and work on this
full time before I graduate, so I could really use some finding to do that.
If I can afford to pay another student to work with me too, that would be
great :)

Right now I use bouncy castle for crypto, but since I need to make my app
portable to any device in the future and potentially run as browser
extension, I'll be switching to OpenPGP.js or one of the other JavaScript
PGP projects. I think that as browsers become more powerful, I will be able
to eventually make my app live entirely inside the browser, but for now
there's a minimal Java component required.

Let me know if you want to know more. I have yet to make anything official
or public.

Thanks,
Viktor
