Seeing this commit[0] I ask: Is there any reason to use Uint8Array instead
of Buffer? actually I mean it from the ignorance of whether or not this
improves something. Especially considering that the block sizes used for
encryption are usually of 32 or 64 (or 4 and 8 octets), then the best
option would
be to work with Uint32Array or Buffer that allows working with reads/writings
of  8, 16 and 32 bits of the same buffer.

Indeed, knowing this I wonder if it has any real effect in terms of
performance or other, just ask curiously.
