Hi all,

at GlobaLeaks we've began testing integration of encrypted file upload
and we've been noticing some strange / exaggerated amount of memory
being used when encrypting and decrypting files with OpenPGP.js.

Does Mailvelope, Whiteout.io, Zimbra-Zimlet had some specific
performance improvement / hacks that has been done to manage large file
uploads reducing it's memory footprint?

We've saw stuff like a 10Mb file upload to use more than 1GB memory, so
there's something wrong happening.

I'm wondering which is the experience of ready-made products using
OpenPGP.js for such purposes of file upload being encrypted and
decrypted client-side?
