[REBOL] rebol and microsoft access 97

Hi, did anybody know if one can use Rebol to work with an Microsoft Access
database on a web server? such as a user entering data into the Access
database via the internet using a web browser, and another person searching
for data from the Access database? pretty much like a web auction I guess.
