[REBOL] Proxy How To ?

hi,
i connect to the net through a proxy server after specifying a login and a
password - how do i set up the proxy to accept the login and password ?

also, the proxy server isn't used to access my POP3 server and the SMTP
server ? So, how do I set up email ??
