[REBOL] How to update port info?

Hi,

1) although there is 'update function, it doesn't work on some types of
port. What's usage of 'update???

2)

mb: open pop://pekr:[EMAIL PROTECTED]

once I connect to my pop account, 'mb reffers to actual state of my
mailbox ...

then I run Netscape and send myself three additional emails ...

length? mb still refers to old state - 3 emails

Is there (is there going to be) any way to update port status, without
the need to reconnect to my mailbox?
