It depends what kind of proxy you have. If you have a socks proxy,
then setting these:
system/schemes/default/proxy/user
system/schemes/default/proxy/pass
to the proper values should make it work.
If you have a standard CERN type proxy you cannot do it yet. Do you
have any web access at this time with REBOL? If so, there must be
some other issue and not a proxy logon. If not, check your browser
and/or ftp program settings to see what type of proxy they use and how
they specify the user/pass info.
We're working on supporting a wider range of proxy types that use
authentication.
