[REBOL] Wait doesn't?

The documentation for wait says:

"If the value is a TIME, delay for that period. If the value is a
DATE/TIME, wait until that DATE/TIME. "

I would think that this would wait for 5 mins

wait 00:05 ; which it does

and so should this

wait now/time + 00:05 ; which does not
