This second one also creates a time! value, not a Date/Time
eg. now/time + 00:05
== 17:13:03
To create a date/time that just add the extra time to the date like so
eg. now + 00:05
== 4-Dec-1999/17:13:03+10:00
So your wait statement becomes...
wait now + 00:05
