[REBOL] How to test if a string ends with a CR&LF ?

Hi guys,   I'd like to test if some lines in a file end up with CR+LF or not.   I know there's make char! VALUE that gives me the character to that value.   Is there any built in function that returns the ASC value of a character?   Carlos
