wrt Win CE PPC...the Casio E-100 or E105 is a very nice machine (there are MANY 
others) and MS certainly has a development environment for PPC. I would think that 
once you have it working on HPC (which you do), PPC ought to be relatively easy. Given 
this machines color LCD, decent sound ,16 or 32MB, available ethernet interface, etc. 
it might make a usable,  portable Rebol system.
