I'll just jump in with my big two feet.
A C++ program that can read or write a TCP port from/to REBOL/Core will
be valuable for those people, like students, educational institutions and so
on, that won't be able to afford REBOL/Command (of course, if it's free,
that invalidates my argument).
So, even if the program is invalidated by REBOL/Command, it'll still be
worthwhile, for the above users.
