Me mate Tony! Kin ell lad! That was some fast reply,so nice one mate, ive checked out the AudioRealism bass line and it looks good,im downloading a demo of it right now,im also downloading a demo of cakewalk sonar3 cuz that looks pretty good as well.Any thoughts? I would also one day like to have lots of gear, not just virtual programs on the pc, something i can get my grubby mits on.It is an expensive career choice though isnt it eh!
Yes, i must admit that sometimes when i get pissed of with complicated technology i go back and have a thrash on Pro Tracker, its like a whole new world,so i retract my statement about it being crap. So,now i need a decent host program to run everything through, its fine using rebirth but theres only so much you can do on it,know what i mean? Like i said, its very expensive and im a stingy bastard in reality so what would you recommend? Cubase, cakewalk, pro logic??? Fuck knows man! And also if you know of anywhere where i can get Jack house patterns from, stuff like Todd Terry, Marshall Jefferson,Dream Frequency, etc. Im desperate to find some sounds like what they could produce. Those guys really did know how to do things, but in my opinion, house music seems to be going in a full circle ,hopefully all the cheesy shit will just fade away and we will be left with only quality.
