Depends on if you have a PC or Mac... I'd recommend Logic, but obviously
only if you have a Mac.

Otherwise go with Cubase, which is what I'm trying to do.  It supports all
your midi gear, as well as vst plugins, and also works well with audio
tracks, not to mention rewiring into Reason.

Just make sure you get a good ASIO audio card.

Oh, and dload the software... to save money. ;)
