as i said before: the sync converter is DIRECTLY coupled to the clock of
cubase. the timing on the tb is exactly like the timing on cubase, so if
there was a "stop" command, it would also stop cubase. so the answer to your
question is again: no, there is no such way.

if you want the tb not to play at a certain part in your track, you have to
either switch to an empty pattern on the tb, or just close the tb's channel
on your mixing console (which is probably the usual way).
