hey Joe, if the power supply does work then im really not too sure...perhaps a faulty ac connection inside the 303..? id be gettin in contact with the seller and having words;)

Thanks sooooo much for your rapid response.

I am home and NOT in my studio, so I really have no way to check if the power supply works or not. I will check first thing in the morning. However, if the power supply DOES work, then, what, from your experience, could be the problem?

I have just found the DevilFish site, and i am contacting him...
