added "[ARCHIVE]" to the "Description" field for wikien-l - is this doing it right?
a public archive is needed, 'cos this is an important historical list - but it's also been all but inactive for at least six years now. I emailed the list saying it was time to switch it off and archive, waiting if anyone disagrees. (Though if they do, they'll need some really good arguments.) - d.
