Hello Anass, You are one of two admins of wikimedia-ma mailing list and thus you have been added to this list. If you're an admin of any mailing list, you will be added here so you would be notified of changes coming to the mailing list you maintain. It's not a "please do this". It's part of your responsibility as an admin of mailing lists. The only exception being that if you are already subscribed under another email address.
If you don't wish to stay admin of that mailing list, you can remove yourself and I remove you from this mailing list too.
