I want to add on to this, if you find the UI confusing or something isn't working exactly as you expect, file bugs! If you're not comfortable with Phabricator, send us an email and we can file it for you.
So far the Mailman3 developers have been pretty receptive to our requests for changes, usually implementing them quickly when they're straightforward.
