YOu may want to try that again on IE.

I'm using Win2K and IE 6.0 and your tabs are disappearing, then after a random delay, reappearing. Could be caused by the technique you are using to swap the background image of the links.

If you are just chainging the backgorund image using CSS, you should instead make a big backgorund image and just change its position on rollover instead.
